One-on-One Private/Individual Tuition

One-on-one sessions allow you to explore specific areas of interest such as philosophy, chanting, postures (asanas), alignment, breathwork (pranayama) etc. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner, a private lesson can really enhance in the progression of your practice.
A one-on-one session is tailored to fit the needs of the individual, so beginners can work on the fundamentals and more experienced students can work with specific needs.
 
My approach is always to first observe, listen, then plan and encourage a personal daily practice to gain the most benefit.
 
Whether it be a specific breathing practice for someone suffering with an asthmatic condition, common back and shoulder injuries/conditions or simply ‘time for me’ Yoga may be the solution you have been searching for.
